Nithik’s Kitchen is run by an entrepreneurial couple Preeti & Vikram, who have roots and origin
in Chettinad - reputed for its
unique cookery, cuisine, architectural heritage and culture. Chef Vikram started his career as hotel operation trainee in ITC groups of sherton
and he appointed as chef be party for DAKSHIN signature restaurant for ITC groups & has an experience of 10 years
in hospitality industry in Sydney. Nevertheless, Mrs. Vikram interest towards the creative designing tends to present and plate the food
in a very appealing manner thereby providing visual treat to the eyes. At Nithik’s Kitchen, we offer not only natural food of delectable tastes with contrasting flavors and textures but also eye catchy colourful and healthy dishes too. Combining the authentic Indian kitchen taste and a
global culinary perfection, we offer crispy and tasty dishes that are show-stopping and exciting. Drawing cue from our innate cooking skills
and with a flair for innovative ideas, we are able to bring out newer recipes at regular intervals that appeal to your taste buds.
History of Nithik’s kitchen
We used to regularly invite our friends & neighbours for dinner in our home. Delighted and excited by the taste and varieties of the food
we served at home, our guests started to give us catering orders on a regular basis. This prompted the creation of a Nithik’s Kitchen.
Initially, we prepared the foods in our home kitchen itself and hence we named it Nithik’s Kitchen after our son name Nithik.
Entrepreneurial spirit with support and encouragement from friends and customers enabled and emboldened us to open a restaurant.
